Nope I give up. :( Ive been going back and forth with their email customer service for close to 2 months now, or so it seems. I keep getting automated messages back after 5 days that doesnt solve my problem at all. I would reply only to get a different automated message to solve a problem that makes it seem like im an idiot or something. The final reply back was that my problem cannot be solved through their email support and Ill either have to contact them through chat (which last time I checked, they disabled) or by phone (which makes you wait for hours). It should be an easy fix from what i understand, and it can only be reactivated on their side, but their customer service is just shit. Only comparable company with equally as frustrating customer service is Uhaul. *sighs* Im very disappointed too. I really enjoyed the beta and was so excited to hear that original buyers didnt need to rebuy the game, but this... my patience is gone now. It totally ruins the good experience I had. Shame.

Ff arr. in the third stage and final stage. But I used to play the original game as well. Didn't play too long as the game was a bit.. Broken. They did a great job redoing it, but I just can't stand their customer service and I refuse to buy the game again when we were told our old games would be upgraded automatically.
